    Hi Layla

I've checked the file and indeed there's white niose/hiss throughout. There are also some editing clicks (for example after 'team'). These are probably issues with your recording setup and recording software. Could you tell us what equipment and software are you're using? With this information we can give you more precise recommendations on gear.

    HI Layla!

I agree with Sebastián in regards to the hiss and editing clips. Even the 'H' of the word 'Hello' was cut so I would review how you're editing your files. Also, your voice sounds a bit nasal, as if you were sick. This could be because of the microphone you're using or if you're using any EQ as well.

To reduce it, we would need to know which equipment you're using and also find the source of your hiss.We hosted a webinar on the topic so I suggest you check it out to learn a bit more about this problem. You can find it here: https://goo.gl/JZSXnf

    Hope this helps!
