    Yep, same here.  Exact same thing.  Must be some sort of Glitch... Hope it's fixed soon!  Also, I keep getting texts telling me I have a revision due, but no follow up email, and no revision to be seen on my projects page.

    It was resolved for me after a few weeks of tinkering.  In the beginning I thought I knew it all.  I listened to my files and thought the sound quality was great.  BUT, I followed the directions and requests of the VB pros.  They know what they're talking about.  After their guidance, I'm putting out a sound that I didn't know my equipment could produce.  They really are there to help.  This is helping me in my other work as well.   I set my pride aside and listened.  Glad I did.

    Ah...sorry.  Yes.  The sound quality of my files did not meet what their new qualifications seem to be.  The method by which they notify you that you are being disabled (or rather not notify you) leaves a bit to be desired, but after you get passed that they are VERY willing to help you get back in the game by working with you to make the sound better.

    First thing I did was send an email to the support folks saying "Hey!  What's up?"  They forwarded that to the QC folks who then told me about the problem.  You will probably get an email, or message from Angela or Juan letting you know what the problem is.  A quicker way is to go to the "Get Feedback" portion of the help site here, and post a recent file you did and ask for feedback because your profile has been suspended.  They seem really busy, so it might be a day or two before they get back to you, but I'm sure they WILL get back to you.  Good Luck!

    Hi guys!

    Sorry it took some time for me to get here. 

    In regards to your case Shane, please do know that your account was deactivated as the majority of your recordings have been rejected by our QC team for the same reasons over and over. Out of 9 submissions, 6 of them have been rejected and 3 of them have been sent back for revision. This means that basically none of your files have been up to our standards without the need of the request of adjustments. This is not ideal and, given that we had mentioned the problems in several occasions and no changes were made, we had to make this decision.

    As Jason said, please share a recording from your current space with us so we can make an assessment of it. We will let you know what you have to change and how you can improve so we can reinstate your account. We will definitely be patient and help you as much as we can. We usually give super detailed feedback, so don't hesitate on sharing takes with us!
