    Thanks for letting us know. 

    The status of your account is actually normal. The profile will only be active once your application project is approved and you have signed our account agreement. However, I do find it quite odd that you haven't received the application project. Can you please let me know which language you chose when you created the account?

    Yes I'm sure I clicked English when setting up the account. I hope we can get this all worked out. Thanks for your help!

    We had some other Pros mention the same thing so we have found a bug on our system. Our engineering team is working on a solution for this problem as we speak. It may take around 2 weeks to get resolved, but please know I'll get back to to you here once that's done!
