I'm using a RODE NTA-1 but I might use a RODE NTK if this doesnt go through. And a Focustrite Scarlett. I feel like the quality or at least the proximity is closer than the original

There's a slight slap back, that would be nice to remove in order to improve the clarity of your voice. Also, some p's are too strong like at 0:09.
Besides these really picky observations, I think it's good to go! :D

For room echo, I recommend you to check out our article on acoustic treatment tips. There are a lot of easy and cheap solutions you can try for that.

The situation regarding contests and speedies is for the time being while we are 100% sure the quality that you start providing is the best. Contest and Speedies only represent 15% of our total project count so the impact shouldn't be big enough. We appreciate if you can understand we don't do this just because we want to, but because we also want to ensure that things are going well with all our Pros.
Keep in mind that once we are certain of everything, we will personally reactivate all the projects on your profile. Just please allow us some time.
