Just a suggestion for VB when a sound file doesn't meet standards

That's happening to me.  I was #1 in bookings for about 2 years -- tons of jobs, 5 star feedbsack.  Then I started getting rejections for sound quality issues -- hiss and echo.  These never came from clients -- still getting great reviews -- but VB won't let my stuff go through.  Nothing has changed on my end, except that I've made adjustment to try to combat the problem, but the same studio and setting that made me #1 here are no longer good enough.  It's frustrating -- and expensive.  Like you I'm on "probation" and business has dropped way off.  :(

I would also suggest that the Bunny Pro's receive notification if/when their accounts will be suspended.  Mine was suspended without notice.  I searched the site and found information stating that if quality was questionable that a Bunny Pro would receive less work, but nowhere did I find any indication that an account would be suspended/disabled.  I found that on accident while reviewing my profile and found that it now read, "Bummer!  This Bunny Pro is not longer accepting bookings." Followed by links to find others with like profiles.  It seems unprofessional to expect communication from us, but for them to do such a thing without bothering to email, text or call to notify us that it has or will happen and what we can do to be reinstated.

Yep, I found that too... So, I think I might upload some clips to see if I can get 'Qualified' again.

    Hi!

    Thank you for your suggestion.

We're working on getting these files for you. It can be a bit challenging though. Getting very specific examples can give the impression that 'this is the correct way to record' and we definitely wouldn't want to give you that idea. There are many ways to achieve a clean, high-quality recording so that's why we've made an emphasis on helping each specific case, but we do get the idea of knowing what an outstanding recording is to us. I understand how it can help and please do know I'm eagerly working on getting several examples.

About the notifications, we're working on that, too. As the reviewal process is quite extensive (we have +5,000 profiles on the website to review), it can be also challenging to notify everyone on a timely manner. This process is currently fully manual and we're working on making the process smoother, faster, and much better.

I deeply apologize for any negative experience or frustration this could be causing. We're aware knowing about this is going to be frustrating, and we're sorry if my communcations have made it harder. We're growing and improving and all of these thoughts you share help me and the whole team see ways in which we can change for the better.
