Email in error: URGENT: Our client is waiting for your revision for "FlipCast #Q4 2017"!
Hello,
Lana has confirmed she forwarded my revision to the client so we could work around the bug that is prohibiting me from submitting my edits on my own.
However, I just got this email: URGENT: Our client is waiting for your revision for "FlipCast #Q4 2017"!
This concerns me, because 1) The official clock is clearly still running on how long it's taking me to get my revision back, and this is going to unfairly penalize me in the algorithm for available work going forward and 2) I'm not able to accept any new work because the project still erroneously shows as an open project with a revision required.
Can I get this project moved to Completed Projects, where it should already be, so the above issues are solved?

Sorry for the delay here. We were working on this and other matters. I see the system has already taken the project off your dashboard and you have more projects there!
Hope this helped and I'm really sorry for the inconveniences! Also, as this issues were caused by our system, I can go ahead and ignore this project from your stats. Let me know if you'd prefer that and I'll do it right away :)
