Not all of my samples appear in search
I haven't received work for some time and have started digging to find out why. I've been with VB for six months now and the samples I posted from the beginning are still posted under my profile page. However, when I search my ID number through the browse voice actors search engine, only one comes up. I put no additional filters on the search, simply my ID. Why wasn't I notified of this? If they are not "approved" I should have been told so that I could remedy it. For six months now, only one sample (my application sample) has been showing. What happened??!!

Hi Janelle
I was checking your profile and I see that you had 3 samples in your profile. However, 2 out of the 3 have been rejected by our QC team. I shared the case with our QC manager as well and, after checking your previous 7 submissions, we had to make the decision of putting your profile on hold for the time being.
Your files have the following key quality problems that, unfortunately, do not align with our quality standards:
- Critical level of room echo.
- Hiss noise and background noises.
- Extreme processing, mainly noise reduction, which highly degrades the overall quality of the recording.
- Editing mistakes.
We have rejected 14 of your recordings and have requested 17 revisions for the same reasons yet no changes have been made. The decision wasn't an easy one to make, but after reviewing your case thoroughly we had to do it.
We will be open to reactivate the profile as soon as the issues mentioned have been addressed. We're always available here on this community space to give you all the feedback you need and help you achieve a quality we can provide our clients. Once this happens, we will make sure to reactivate your account. I'll let you know if this is the case and the account will be open as soon as I process the change.
Again, I apologize for the inconveniences presented here.
We've been working quite hard to improve and grow our current quality standards and we need to make sure the users we're working with are capable of matching the service level we want to offer.
