Audition rejected for reverb/BG noise
Hey folks,
Recently I had a contest submission rejected for
there is audible room echo (reverberation caused by your recording space) and background noise, impacting your recording.
To be honest, I don't really hear it in the deliverable in question. Can anyone give me some feedback on this?

Hi Rafael
The file does, indeed, have way too much room echo in the recording. The file also sounds overcompressed and/or with excessive gain which can cause distortion and lowers the headroom. The recording is also not appropriately edited as it has several clips and the after images of the voice are completely cut out.
The room echo comes entierly from the space. I suggest you review your space treatment importantly as there are also a lot of background noises. I went ahead and checked some of the submissions your provided for projects, and they all have a lot of room echo and noises.
I suggest you check our article on easy acoustic treatment. We give you some handy tips that may help you improve this area as we may not be able to approve submissions with your current level of echo. You can find it here: https://help.bunnyinc.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/203461624-Tip-5-Basic-acoustic-treatment-is-not-rocket-science
Hope this helped!
Hi Rafael,
As another Bunny Pro waiting to be reviewed and reinstated, I have to agree that you do have echo and a lot of background noise. If you are unable to hear it you might need some new headphones.
Just some neutral feedback.
Sincerely,
Adam
