Just wondering why about a week or so ago I was emailed to audition for a project booking instead of going through the system in which I might have been paid for my audition?
Clarification over this and how it works would be great.

Thanks for sharing the case!
This is a great question actually. Most of the contests will go via the website. However, we have some very special cases from clients that request additional auditions from very specific Pros. When this happens, we may make an exception and send you an special invite via email to get a sample recording from you.
We usually only do it when the clients have very big projects and want to get a glimpse of the project would sound like before creating the Booking. As you may imagine, projects that are too long may require more time and some clients want to make sure the voice is perfect before sending the full script your way.
