    Hi Ericka

Thank you for sharing the case.

I've checked into your request and we noticed that our system automatically deactivated your profile more than half of your samples have been rejected. Out of the 6 you have, 4 have been rejected by our team which led to the marking of your profile as unreliable and, eventually, automatic deactivation.

Our system does this completely automatically to ensure we're only offering the best quality to our clients. We improve and move forward with our quality standards and, at this time, the quality of your samples is not up to them. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!

The issues found in your samples are the following:

    - Hiss noise

    - Room echo

    - Overcompression and/or excessive gain

    - Editing troubles such as clips

    - Boominess

    - Sibilance

We're open to reactivate your profile when you have fixed the issues mentioned. In order for us to review your fixed quality, please share some updated recordings with us here where we'll make sure to pinpoint where you can improve. We'll be sure to give you many detailed insights and work with you towards a quality that passes our standards.

As soon as the quality is at an approvable level, we will certainly reactivate the profile immediately and let you know. However, in the meantime, we won't be able to do that. We'll be here for you to check and help as much as we can!

My account has been deactivated and I have submitted auditions that were accepted by the quality control team each time. I have upgraded everything and bulit a recording booth. For me to be deactivated now does not seem like a fair shake. For I am always making improvements.

    Hello, Raymond.

Could you please create a new post in which you share a recent recording so we can proceed to listen to it?

    Thank you,

    Oscar
