Samples
I've had my displayed samples cut in half. Others have seen the same thing happen to them. I understand removing samples that don't meet your standards but you should send an email to the Bunny Pro explaining which ones were cut and why. It's wrong to have to find out from others or when checking on them yourself.
Also, in the past it has been considered acceptable to post the same audio sample and place it in more than one category even when that sample can clearly be used in more than one category. It appears that is not the case any more. When was an email sent to everyone explaining the policy change? If you're trying to save storage space, fine, then you should change the website to allow the sample to show up in different categories.

Hi Thomas
Thank you for sharing your questions. Allow me to go over them.
In regards to the samples, we are currently working on a system that will allow us to send notifications each time a sample has been rejected or approved. As we have +30,000 samples, setting this up has been quite challeniging but we're working on it to have it really soon.
Now, about the repeated sample, please know we have never encouraged and/or permitted this behaviour. Our system doesn't differentiate between samples, but our manual reviewers did reject repeated samples when they found them. This is both in the past and now.
The majority of the samples, though, were auto approved during one time which could've given the impression that this was permitted, however, we noticed this trend and are now actively working on changing the system's logic. We're also working on making all this information much more available to you so please look forward to that here on the Community and our Knowledge base space.
You may feel that it is now much more obvious that ssome samples are missing. This is because right now we're processing a general sample review. With this, we're aiming to clean the sample database to ensure only samples that match our current standards are being showcased in our Search engine. As we have several reviewers checking the samples, it has led to us removing many of them in a short period of time. We're still on this process so we would appreciate if you can also check your samples and ensure only the ones with the quality you can provide as of now are available.
I apologize for any inconveniences this could've caused and we take all your feedback to heart. Please do know we will be sharing it with our product team to ensure we can make all the necessary changes.
