No way to contact the BunnyManager over a specific Job

I do not know where to put this request.
When a VOpro is asked for a job, there is no way to chat with the BunnyManager.
in my work # 440506DDA2EA554402E1 I completed the work according to the specific terms of time of the attached script, that included 30 seconds of silence in the beginning and other times more so that my voice would link with the voice of the other actors in time.
the BunnyManage sent me a correction asking to erase those silences, this makes the final producer more difficult to work, and there is no way to contact the bunnymanager to tell him that those silences were necessary. so i have to send it again...
