New samples
I have two new samples that I would love your feedback on. I would really like to be reinstated with VB. I have a new Rode NT1-A mic with pop filter and Blue Icicle preamp. I have added more sound proofing to my room to get rid of the echo. Thank you for your help and insights!

HI Sandra
I believe I already replied to your previous post.
The Natures way file has a terrible electrical noise and hiss in the background. There's also some room echo (like a slapback echo) which is making the voice sound with as if it had an added effect.
The same problems are present in the Seeking the brown mountain lights file.
I'm sorry :( More likely this could be coming from the interface. Keep in mind that the Icicle is not ideal for professional voice over applications as, given it's price point and quality of the components, it is designed for podcasts and streaming applications where you don't need such high fidelity.
We have an article recommending interfaces you could try. There are other solutions out there, but we go a bit over what you should look for in a piece of equipment for professional applications.
I also believe you should review the acoustic treatment of your space. Keep in mind that your quality will highly depend on how your studio is built and the sound responds to it's environment.
Hi, Angela.
Thank you for your comments. I will look into getting another interface soon, and will upload new samples when I do.
If you'd like recommendations on that, you can find our top choices here: https://help.bunnyinc.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/203362904-Tip-4-Choose-a-good-interface-for-your-needs-
You don't need to get one of these necessarily, but you could take them into account! I'd also recommend you to please try them out on the store before buying to ensure you're getting a good piece for your applications.
