    Hi Justin!

    Thanks for sharing. Is there a way to share the files in a reproducible way. Meaning, Dropbox or Soundcloud? Let me know!

    @Angela:

    There were links I posted from Mediafire where you download and share exactly like DropBox. Please click those links to download those samples.

    Hi Justin!

    Thanks for sharing your audios.

    Qualitywise I think they sound fine. I do find some parts that sound mumbled. Looking at your history in VoiceBunny, I see that most of your rejections are due to an unnatural tone, some for being flat others for being too energetic. So I suggest you work on achieving a natural and conversational tone, interpreting the project's instructions really closely.

    Best,

    Juan.

    Hi Justin!

    Thank you for pointing that out. I just wanted to see if there was a way in which we could reproduce them online so other members of the community could participate as well.

    Checking the files, I have to agree with Juan Santiago in regards to your performance. It could help you to review our webinar with our Pro Tommy Griffiths who is an awesome performer: https://help.bunnyinc.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000236850-Using-VoiceBunny-Webinar-with-Tommy-Griffiths

    I would also say that the voice sounds very overprocessed as if you were using a noise reduction plugin or debreather. This is noticeable as the filtering changes from one area to the other and sounds quite boomy and dull. There are other areas, where the voice is a bit brighter and defined, where you can pick up a hiss noise.

    If you're using one of these plugins, please bypass it and try to fix the issues from the source. Would you mind letting us know which equipment you're using and share some 100% raw takes?

    Thanks!

    @Angela and Juan

    Please see the attached hyperlink below for an audio file I submitted to go on a live radio broadcast.

    https://soundcloud.com/justin-cabanting/sets/voicebunny-quality-screen-test

    I've broken down the playlist into separate tracks

    1) RAW

    2) 75% Normalization

    3) 75% Normalization with Noise Removal based on quiet sample on the track

    4) Normalization with Noise Removal PLUS Multiband noise gating to remove any other ambient noise).

    Please provide feedback and let me know if I'm ready to resume work again as a BunnyPro.

    Best regards,
    Justin M. Cabanting

    Hi Justin,

    The link takes me to a playlist that doesn't have any tracks in it. Can you please verify the link?

    Best,

    Juan.

    @Juan Santiago Mendoza,

    I verified the link. Please review the tracks through the link once again.

    SoundCloud was undergoing some site maintenance and has fixed a bug that was making some recordings on my profile switch to "private" from "public":

    Hi Justin

    Thank you for sharing.

    I was checking the files and I have to say that the processing is, indeed, damaging the recording a lot. I would definitely toss all the processing away as it is not helping.

    The original recording sounds quite dull and the volume is very low. I believe the problem is coming from the equipment you're using as it sounds as if it was of low quality. Can you let me know which equipment you're using? That is, microphone, interface, etc.

    Thank you!

    @Angela Serrano

    I used a Neumann TLM 103 with a Focusrite Scarlett Solo Pre-Amp for these recordings. How can you conclude that this is coming from my equipment?

    Other microphones that I have include the MXL 770 (which is also listed on my profile) which I've used on VoiceBunny and NEVER had any issues with quality on VoiceBunny....

    Hi Justin!

    Listening to https://soundcloud.com/justin-cabanting/sets/voicebunny-quality-screen-test the volume in general is soft. However, there is loud hiss throughout the recording, so if you raise the volume, the noise will turn louder too.

    We invite you to review a recap of a webinar we hosted on input gain and adjusting levels: https://goo.gl/OHknyq. This may help you correct this problem.

    Best,

    Juan.
