I didn't change my rates but my prices went up?
I have been very slow lately so I was poking around to see what I could change. I was looking at my profile and I saw that the price the customer sees for my services is $203 for 150 words. My rates are $15 for 50 words which of course equals $45 for 150 words. I understand that Bunny marks our rates up, but my prices took a serious jump from around $150 (still a really big markup but if it gets me paid, whatever). How do I get Bunny to lower my prices so I can start getting jobs again?

The price on your profile may undergo some changes from time to time!
This is completely normal, and does not influence on the Speedies and Contests you get, and is merely an estimate for bookings.
All projects vary on their specifications, length, and every detail counts for the final reward you get - and, of course, it will also vary on what the client will have to pay.
We understand that lowering your rates may seem like a bad move, but it is actually a great way of ensuring that the system is keeping you on the loop!
We suggest that you experiment with lowering your rates for the time being, and as more projects show, you can adjust your rates as you see fit! =)
