Extremely inconsistent reviews and possible discrimination by a particular member of the QC team

99% of the time when I don't get a job approved, it is under the same person's name, I have already mentioned this to a Pro Ops Associate, I will not do it through this channel.
   I work constantly with the platform. When they ask me for a revision, I re-record them and they have been accepted (especially when I moved a while ago, because I had to change my recording location). Now I do have a proper home studio, but every time (......) reviews my recordings, they are rejected and I point this out because it only happens to me with him. And as an example, once I received a request to review a recording, in his name, I upload the same recording to see if anything happened... and it turns out that someone else reviewed it hours later and approved it. Now something similar happened to me again! A client chose me directly, I recorded, and it was rejected by this person. I decided to consider it lost and it expired, but I got the request again to accept the job and what I did was to upload the first take I had done and this same person approved the job! Exactly the same one I had rejected hours before.
   In addition to the incredible inconsistency, I have mentioned discrimination towards me and I want to clarify this and it is because every time this QC member reviews my work the first thing he does is reject it. I know that they earn money for each review because Bunny has considered me to be part of the team, therefore, I don't know if it is for an economic reason that he does it or because he reads my name and decides to do so (I can't think of anything else!).
   I am a professional, licensed and certified voice-over artist. I am not an amateur. I record at home for campaigns that are on radio and TV, Bunny is a job I do because it's something small and fast and more on a daily basis. I like working with Bunny but it's very, very frustrating to be adrift and waiting to see if I'll get this person or not.
