It's 2023, and inconsistency is STILL the name of the game!
Hey All!,
It seems for years that QC accepts and rejects projects in a very inconsistent way. I have reached out privately many, many times, and I get genric responses, or, I am asked to send files so someone else can listen. For awhile, I felt like I was getting somewhere with this, but then it always goes back to the same thing...Generic rejection responses, ect. I am glad it's not just me who thinks this way. So many of us, have been doing this for a very long time, and yet, we are made to think our work is no good..AND to boot, a lot of these projects are being offered to us for very minimum pay..as in a a joke! Yes, we accept these projects, and that's fine, BUT for the love of god, please stop rejecting our files. Let the client be the judge of the file. THEN, if the client isnt happy with it, by all means, let's give a reviision. Stop wasting OUR time, and stop wasting the client's time. We offer super quick turnaround, and when you keep rejecting files because you are rejection crazy, YOU, Voicebunny, are wasting the cient's time! Enough is enough.
PS: I am NOT sending any files for you to listen to, and also, there have been times, that I literally resend the same file after a rejection, and then it gets accepted..PROOF that your QC department is NOT consistent...HOW do you explain that?
Sincerely....A very long standing VB PRO, that is getting frustrrated with this site. DO BETTER in 2023 please. Actually listen to us.

Hi there, Amy!
Thank you for reaching out to us!
We understand your frustration, and we truly appreciate the time you took to share your feedback with us.
We'd like to assure you that our QC team is composed of highly proficient and skilled agents who specialize in audio. They carefully assess each submission, and we fully trust their judgment.
However, being that the team is composed of 6 agents, it is expected that some dissonance occurs. Though they have strict guidelines to follow, their revision relies on their standardized equipment and, fundamentally, their ears. This means there might be some discrepancy as to what each agent considers acceptable.
Nevertheless, we make sure to review every case in which the team notices inconsistencies among their judgment or in which Pros complain about this issue. The team then agrees to either stop requesting revisions and rejecting the Pro's work, or report the Pro so they can make a post in the Community to see what could be improved in a more detailed discussion.
We'd be happy to review your case with the team so they can align on how to review your work moving forward.
I'll be bringing some submissions of yours to our team by next Thursday, and we will get back to you via this post to let you know if our agents all agree that there is room for improvement, or, if our team agrees than agent is being too strict with the assessment, we will be more careful with your submissions.
Thank you for your understanding on this topic, and rest assured that we always revise each case carefully. We'll do our best to help you out, regardless of the outcome!
Keep an eye on this post, we'll reach out next week with the outcome of the QC Feedback!
All the best,
Gabriela Schneider
