Contest Additional Instructions
I've had a lot of contest and backup contests lately and some of which contain additional instructions - some because the actual script is so long
that you need to scroll many pages before you see the detailed instructions and trying to move in a swiftly pace to accept the project don't always
see the specific requests (sometimes the instructions are spelled incorrectly, have different symbols ie ^&(* scattered) about and its confusing.
Another questionable one is if its just for an audition why does it matter on the actual length of the piece. For example if a piece needs to be 27 seconds or less and the contest or audition is roughly 29 seconds I'm asked to do a revision. I understand we have to follow instructions but
could there be a version where the remarks are a little more upfront and or should they have even have to pertain to the contest at all? Just some thoughts I've had in the past few weeks of sending submissions.
Thanks for your time and of course understanding.

Hi there, Ted!
How do you do?
Thank you immensely for your input on this. I have shared your feedback with our team, and we will be checking any possibilities of improvement in regards to script and instructions placement!
Contests are usually created because a client needs a Pro for a Booking. This means that it is expected of the Pros that accepted the contest to understand the real length of the script, if they are chosen for the Booking. Revisions are also needed to make sure that the Pro is aware and able to provide exactly what the clients needs, and that there is no delay when requesting a revision, if needed.
I completely understand that this may be seen as inconvenient or not needed by Pros, however, we must also make sure that all Pros that participate on the contest are aware that they may be chosen by the client for a lengthy script - and so, we must give the full view to all Pros, since some may chose not to participate if the final script is too long for them.
Although, I want to assure you that I have brought the feedback to our team! We are planning many improvements for our platform and support this year, so we hope your experience with us will only improve from now on.
Count on us to always hear you!
