Ranking problem on my speedies stats

    Hi Rachel,

Just chiming in here as I totally empathize with you. I am doing almost everything I can to maintain top stats as well and while it hasn't happened recently I will get rejected for similar flaws after dozens maybe 50 speedies.

Your instance seems extreme and I wonder if Bunny is working to better implement some better streamlined systems to help the workflow on all ends.

Sorry not much advice but just wanted to chime in as I am actively trying to keep up with any and all jobs that come through.

    Good Luck!

    Greetings, Rachel, and Ted,
I hope you are both doing well!

Firstly, Ted, thanks for chiming in! =)

Thank you for writing to us about this, it's a very valid question and I hope my reply can cover your doubts.

Your ranking and your stats is for your access only, clients and other Pros do not have any access on it.
Every Pro's profile has many variables, and so, while one rejection/expiration may not prove a big change for one Pro, it may cause a big drop on rank for another.

Your position in the rank is calculated in comparison to other Pros in the same category and skill as you, and not with all the Pros in the platform, so any changes you have may impact your raking greatly, since every number in your stats is taken into consideration for the raking.

For example, a Pro can be faster than other Pros in their deliverables, but if they have more rejections than most Pros, this will be the culprit to lowering their rank.

If you disagree with a rejection, or if you have gotten an expiration due to a technical problem - you can send an email to support@bunnystudio.com with the Project ID, or the link of the project, and we will definitely check it out!
In case it is due to a QC reason, we first need to bring it to our agents for an extra assessment and feedback.

    We apologize for the confusion.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you still have questions!

We are definitely working hard to improve everyone's experience in our platform, so we appreciate your feedback, and assure that we are discussing many possibilities at the moment. =)

    Count on us!

    Kindest regards,

    Gabriela Schneider
