    Hello, Wayne,
I hope you are doing well!

Firstly, thank you for reaching out to us about this situation.

We will be reviewing this with our Quality Control team, as it is, of course, a valid point. thank you for sharing this in detail, even though I understand it must have been very frustrating.

Our Quality Control, while reviewing a technical aspect of deliverables, does not review performance - unless specified and required by the client. However, the rejection from Juan David, in this case, will be removed, so it does not impact your stats.

I do agree with you that a blunt rejection should not be given like this, though I do apologize on behalf of the Quality Control team, as they must follow guidelines - and we will of course be reviewing these according to your feedback.

Please know that we will always do our best to help you whenever you feel things are unfair - we are at constant work and improving as much as we can.

I apologize for this very frustrating situation, and kindly ask that if anything of the sorts happens again, please trust that we will help you out and investigate the best solutions that we can provide for you.

    Wishing you a great weekend,

    Gabriela Schneider

Thank you very much. It took me totally off guard. I've only encountered this kind of thing twice here, and since it was only twice I was able to find the other instance.

A contest where I was summarily rejected without a chance to resubmit by Hiroshi for not sounding "senior" enough. I'm middle aged in real-life and do both middle age and senior spots for you. First thing in the morning my voice sounds rested and definitely not senior and I forgot to "age it up". lol Not a big deal, as another Bunny manager removed the rejection from my stats but again, it's the principle. Had I been given a second chance to re-submit I would have at least been entered in the contest and not wasted my time.

The only two things I can think of that would justify not giving someone a second chance to re-submit would be profanity / verbal abuse or audio quality so awful you just know it can't be fixed.

Anyway, thanks again. Case closed... unless it happens again.

For the record this happened again. Today. In the exact same manner as it did before. I recorded a spot first thing in the morning, when my voice was rested and totally fresh. And this 55 year old guy apparently didn't sound "senior" enough. (First words I spoke of the day.) And an engineer - who should have NO ARTISTIC control over ANYTHING - rejected it without any chance to redo it. And then I got 10 emails saying the project was still available but I couldn't resubmit. Guys... stop this. I mean it. Tell these engineers to stand down and just do their thing falsely flagging people for "boxiness" when it doesn't occur. LOL. According to you guys, I am a Golden Pro, and an Elite pro. However, my work, time and worth was shown NO VALUE this morning. Have an actual meeting... actually talk to these guys... don't just write me as say you will... actually do it.... and say, "stop". If you check your records the amount of "Senior" jobs I've done for you is exponential. These guys should be embarrassed.
