Payment processes
Hey Bunny Controllers!
Let me start by saying how much I appreciate all you guys do. I know it isn't easy burrowing (Developing) in this industry.
I have a little concern which maybe other V/O's share, to do with Payment (You paying us).
Paypal - which you've now binned - I totally understand the issues you guys faced. Paypal has had massive back end issues which has effected their business, and made them a very poor partner.
Payoneer - I registered, which wasn't easy from the UK at all. Lots of back and forth with documents etc. Sadly, Payoneer have recently emailed me with what can only be described as a dreadfully insulting, litigious, slanderous, computer generated message, accusing me of fraud and closing my account. Needless to say, I'm not committing fraud (Hence why I'm happy to be open with it here!). I have emailed them, twice, to which they don't reply. A quick google of this issue shows it's reasonably common. Regardless, I am not going to waste any time on them.
So, Kinda running out of options this end!
I'm sure VB are switched on to this, but, any chance of options like 'Western Union', or even, as my clients use daily - a bank transfer to my business account (With IBAN etc)?
I'm known for working for free a lot, but, I've got carrots to buy, so would kinda like to be able to get my money every now and then!

Firstly, thank you for your comprehension with the PayPal situation.
It's important that our Pros understand that the decision to not work with PayPal any longer did not come due to a preference in our end, but due to the lack of support in order to continue working with them.
We really appreciate you stating this, as we do also know that it was our most popular payment option.
In regards to Payoneer, we know they can be picky, as well.
At the moment, the direct transfer options we have are Wire transfer (bank account), Wise and Revolut.
It seems that Western Union are their own services, which we could pitch in for our team further on. =)
However, you can receive your payment into your business account with IBAN!
