    Also experiencing the same problem. I have nearly 5 jobs I'm waiting for funds to be released on. What is going on VB? Please advise.

    I am also experiencing the same problem. I have 2 jobs and I am waiting for funds, and there is nothing. Please answer me, when will you fill up my balance.

    Hi Gabriela.

    Thanks for your response, it seems that the issue has now been resolved and I am able to access my payments.

    As a suggestion, it might be worth placing a website banner or sending a general email out when you are experiencing IT issues or delays with payments. It's very frustrating and a little concerning when we are left without any explanation or form of contact. Some sort of communication would reduce stress on both your VO artists and support team.

    I'm having issues getting paid. This is the second week of trying via Payoneer to get paid by Bunny Studios. I have emailed support, but no response. Payoneer have assured me the issue is with Bunny Studios. My Payoneer account is set up to receive payments from Bunny Studios/Voice Bunny, so the issue is with you guys. 

    Please rectify this asap.
