Bunny Studio Site Broken?

    I haven't experienced any issues accessing speedies, but I am with you in waiting on payment getting credited and no response from support aside from a message that says my issue has been forwarded to the pro management who will get back to me within 48 business hours (one from a week ago that is definitely over that 48 hours and another from this weekend). I have been credited for revisions that were supposed to be credited, but nothing else since Feb 2 which should have included all of the other types of projects (contest entries, speedies, and bookings). Hopefully this is a glitch that they will be able to sort out quickly.

    Sounds like the site is definitely having some issues. I got confirmation today that engineering is working on the backend and fixing the payments section. But I will say I am also having a very difficult time accepting invites to contests and speedies. The speed of the site is incredibly slow and it also takes nearly a minute to upload audio for projects. Pretty frustrating considering the fast paced speed we're expected to live up to. Really hope everything gets fixed soon.

    Sorry to keep adding to more of these topics but this is extremely frustrating trying to get quick response from reps at Bunny. I've found the site to be extremely slow in the past week especially today 2/9/23 its taking nearly 2 minutes just to get to the page after I've accepted and won the speedy project and an additional several minutes to just upload audio. I have nearly 60mbps wifi speed and its not other sites. Is anyone else having this problem as well?

    Our engineers were able to find and fix the issue that was preventing the funds from being added to your accounts in their due date, so it should be working as intended now.

    However, if you are still experiencing any trouble with your payments, please let us know by sending an email to support@bunnystudio.com, and we will check it as soon as possible for you.

    I'd also like to inform that our engineers are working in order to optimize our pages, so if you are still experiencing this issue with the pages taking too long, for now, we can suggest that you clear all cache and cookies related to our website. We've ran some updates and it should be way better now! =)
