No longer receiving Contests and Speedies
Hi, I was on vacation about a month ago, but I noticed that even after I'd returned home I had stopped receiving Contests and Speedies. It was actually convenient at the time because I ended up getting COVID and it ruined my voice for a while, but now it's considerably better, and I'd really like to get back to working on those special quick projects. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. I'm planning very soon to become a premium member too. Just working out some scheduling issues. Thanks for your time. ~Shawn

Apologies for taking longer than usual to get back to you message. Our team is getting back on track once again after the busy start of the year. 🙏🏼
I have checked your account, and there doesn't seem to have any blockers at the moment.
However, we are working on some updates to the platform that should improve the distribution of invitations as well.
I can see that your account has experienced some fluctuations on invitations since last year, much like other Pros, which is completely normal sometimes. In your case, during your vacation, your stats are not frozen, and other Pros may be placed higher on the calculations for receiving invitations by the time you come back.
The way we can help you is if you find some rejections and expirations that are unfair to your stats, we can check if we are able to remove them from impacting your stats negatively to give you a small boost, which we hope will already make a difference. =)
