Yes, I am also concerned about the down payment system. I have payments accruing and no way to access this money from work already performed. I have attempted to reach out three times. Trying not to be impatient, but bills must be paid and decisions must be made. Should I stop accepting projects since I have no idea if I will ever be compensated for them? This comes at a particularly bad time as I have just put in my letter of resignation with my "day job." This is not leaving me feeling very confident and I may have to rescind that resignation now. No communication and not just on an individual basis, but no outgoing message anywhere on the website to let us know what's going on. Very worried. Dated- 2/12/2023

I wish they had better communication with pros on here. I've had to be extremely proactive on all ends including this board and writing support daily to get response. Thankfully they told me after nearly 4 or 5 days payments would process which they did. I'm not sure if this is all through the site or individually but they've had an incredibly bad past few weeks sorting out bugs on the site. Fingers crossed you get credited soon. I hope my notes are not a nuissance but atleast if pros can speak up on here and let others know whats happening I think it all helps. Good Luck. Ted
