Sibilance Rejection
Hello,
I am looking for feedback on my rejection for sibilance. I already use a light de-ess because it helps with sibilant heavy scripts, and I will sometimes edit out the length of ess's to help reduce this. While I know some in VO are more sibilant naturally, and the microphone, etc. will play a role, I have never had this complaint, issue, or rejection before. I also voice audiobooks and have worked with a publisher.
I addressed the ess's from the first to the third attempt, and there was a huge difference (almost too much because I wasn't a fan of what the de-ess did to my overall audio), yet QA (Julian Cubillos) rejected it for the same reason every time. If you have any tips for addressing this, please let me know.

I totally get where you are coming from! In order to properly assist you, I will need to check the audios you sent. I was going to listen to them but the access is denied.

I was listening to your samples and for me they sound good enough! However, I will be sharing them with the QC team in case they have any other feedback.
