Speedy rejected for "voice age"

A Bunny Manager rejected my audio due to "voice age"
All speedies pass without issue. My voice is young and meets all the characteristics, I don't see the problem.
Since when does a Bunny Manager reject without first asking for a review?

I upload another Speedy with the same reason "voice age" + Boxiness that by chance the same Bunny Manager corrected.

This is Julian from the Bunny QC team. First of all, we’re glad you take the time to write to our pro community, we’re more than happy to help our pros with all their doubts and questions, and help them through get the top-notch quality our clients aim for.
Regarding the projects you submitted, we were discussing your case for the last 2 weeks, first for accent issues (we agreed that you could continue having Latin American Neutral); and then, for your age impersonation, especially for teenage categories, since your young adult voice seemed to be good for all of us. Now, I agree with my colleague on the decision he took to reject the derivable since your voice didn't fulfill the specifications of teenage impersonation required by the client.
Furthermore, regarding the boxiness issue, I think I don't agree with my colleague, since is not too problematic and we've decided to accept your submissions without taking into account this problem.
So, I'm going to bring up this case to the next QC weekly meeting, therefore we will be more aligned in our opinions regarding your teenage impersonation when one of your deliverables appears on the platform.
