Recovering login password is not sending an email, içan´t get in.
Is there any other way to recover or reset my password besides the one on the bunnystudio page? I receive support emails, the emails do not go to spam, the bunnystudio server is not blocked by my email, I do not receive invitations, I cannot access the platform and I do not receive the email to recover my password.
It is weird that with my email and password I cannot enter the platform, but I can enter the community here
it's maddening

I have checked your emails list and, indeed, the emails were not triggered!
This may have been an instability on our end. Our engineers have been updating our website for better navigation, and so this may have caused a few unstable pages here and there!
