Thank you for your transparency. For the record "most" of my recent submissions have been accepted by clients (65% of the first page (39 projects) of my accepted projects, with 25% showing "reviewable" (one of which I was actually served on a podcast last night so I know at least it is being used by the client)). Only 10% have been rejected. But if you are going to deactivate my profile I will stop wasting my time waiting on new projects to come in and focus my efforts elsewhere where I can charge an actual rate instead of fighting for pennies.

    Hi Casey!

Pro Operations Associate here; nice to meet you :D

We apologize if we came through as though we are not appreciative of your work with us. That was certainly not our intention, as we really do value the work you do and the time and effort you put into it!

However, it is our duty to connect Pros with our QC agents whenever they get repeated rejections for the same quality issue, so they can help our Pros troubleshoot whatever may be causing the problem and offer some tips and tricks to improve it.

This is aimed not only at ensuring project fulfillment but also at ensuring that our Pros' stats remain unsullied and that clients always give them the best reviews and ratings possible.

Applying the tips provided by our QC agent Hiroshi in the post above, as well as the ones provided in our Tone and Styles guide shared with you previously, is more than enough to maintain your profile active!

Applying such tips should also help reduce rejections due to flat, monotone, or robotic deliveries, which means improving your stats and, consequently, getting more Speedy and Contest invitations!

If you have any further doubts or comments about this topic, let me know :D

    Best,

    Marina Russo.
