1099 form needed

I have yet to receive my 1099. I emailed support and all I got back was a link to "download your tax statement", but all that did was take me to the front dashboard of Bunny Studio and I can't find a link to download anything remotely relevant to taxes anywhere in my profile or payment page or anything. And for some odd reason, the "download your tax statement" was sent to my old account email, which I haven't used in at least four or five years. I emailed support from my current account email. Can I get a person to talk to about this? Thanks.

I used this info from finance support, and was able to get my form! Hope it helps 😊
1. Go to your Payments and Balance page
2. Click on "Withdraw payment"
3. Select "Wire transfer, Wise and Revolut"
4. Click on "Payout methods"
5. Below Tax forms you will find Tax Statements, there you can download your 1099 form

Alternatively, if you currently have no withdrawable funds available , you will not see the "Withdraw Payment" button.
