Bookings in the middle of the night
Hello all,
I'm afraid I have to express my frustration with Bunny Studio. I very often get booking requests in the middle of the night (Germany, GMT+1). When I wake up in the morning, I already have the reminder in my inbox and via SMS that I should please deliver the voice over. After I've had breakfast, there's already a mail from a BunnyStudio agent in my inbox telling me what's going on and whether I've overlooked the booking?
Sorry, but this is extremely annoying! You want to have international native speakers? Then please adapt your way of working to the local conditions.
I hope that you would consider this in the future.

Firstly, we appreciate you sharing your concerns about receiving Booking requests during odd hours.
We understand how challenging it can be to work across different time zones and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please know that we are constantly working to improve our platform and our processes to ensure that our Pros have the best possible experience.
Our platform does cater to international clients, and quite often they may be in different time zones. If this is the case, and an international client decides to Book you, the notification will be instantly created for you. This is automated, and we understand that it can be frustrating when it arrives at odd hours.
Our CX team does reach out, however, to understand if you need more time or if there is anything they can help with! We completely understand that sometimes a fast submission is just not possible for our Pros, hence why communication is a key factor, and we'll always let our Pros know that we are there to help make it work!
If you ever feel like you won't be able to complete a project within the given time frame, please don't hesitate to contact our CX team - either by email or Live Chat. They are always ready to help and will work with you to find a solution that works for everyone.
