Still Can't Select Skills for Writing Profile
I had previously been working on fixing an issue with my Writing profile where I was unable to set rates and choose skills to save my profile, as well as my samples not showing up. I took the tests that were suggested to me and the samples returned to my profile, but after many more months of receiving no work I went in to check and the issues with choosing skills and setting rates still persists. I am assuming this is the reason I am not seeing any type of contests or speedies come across the dashboard.
Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated because I am really looking forward to working on written content again.
Thank you,
Casey

Hello Casey,
Could you share with me the email registered to your writing profile to give it a look in our system?
Also, just to check with you, what skills did you apply to, and did you pass their corresponding application tests?
Thank you in advance for the info!
Daniel
The email associated with my account is casey.britt@rocketmail.com.
I applied to the Press Release and the Blog Storytelling Post. I never received any response from those tests once I submitted them.
Being a Google form, I was automatically logged in with my Gmail address, if that may have messed things up somehow? I am fairly certain I remember a space for putting the email associated with my account where I would have put the normal one.
Thank you for your help!
Thanks for the info Casey!
I was reviewing your profile:
https://es.bunnystudio.com/writing/writer/casey-kay-britt-VH1QMM0/
And your Blog samples are showing which is great! This means that you are visible when clients look for that skill.
My question would be with the "Press release" application project, which I'm trying to find but can't seem to find either the project or a sample submitted for that purpose. I would recommend applying again to that category in order to get that skill added to your profile (you can always use the same file that you had for that specific purpose).
Let me know if this helps or if you have any further questions!
Daniel
Thank you so much for your help. I have resubmitted the application project. Should I expect to receive an email letting me know whether it was accepted or rejected? Is there any specific amount of time I should expect to wait?
Yes! you should receive an email that lets you know how the application process went. The average response time for writing applications can be between 1-2 weeks. Please let me know if you don't receive anything so I can follow up with the application and look at its status.
I hope you have a great weekend!
Daniel
I waited a little more than three weeks to be sure but still haven't received any response from the application.
Hi Casey!
Thank you for letting us know, do you have the project link for that application so I can review it and let you know what might be going on?
Kind regards,
Daniel
I'm not sure what project link you are looking for, but I do have the links to both documents in Google Docs that I had submitted through the test form. Upon retrieving the links, I realized they were set to "only people added" rather than anyone with link, so perhaps that has been the problem? I've changed it now, so if I need to resubmit to the Google form, please let me know. I am attaching the links to the Google Docs here in case those are at all helpful. Please let me know what else is needed from me. With the kids going back to school full time, I am eager to begin writing again with Bunny Studio in addition to my voiceovers. Thank you!

Hi Casey,
Thank you so much for sharing them with me! As you stated, that might have caused our platform to not see those files, but I will ask for a manual review of them and I will get back to you with the answer from QC and the next steps if they are accepted.
I hope you have a great day!
Daniel
Hello again Casey!
I wanted to bring some good news :) both of the files were approved and got really nice feedback from our Writing QC team, I would like to share it with you:
A quick but very nice answer. The next step now will be to add those skills to your profile, I will ask our engineering team to help us with this since it has to be done by them, and I will get back whenever they do it. Congratulations again!
Kind regards,
Daniel
Thank you so much for your help thus far!
I have been able to set my rates again and the skills are selected when I am in that section.
I just have one further question about my profile. It shows that I have a 5 star rating and all my ratings show, but the bit at the top only shows that I've done 1 project when I have around 18 approved projects. Is this something that might affect my ability to receive projects? I just want to make sure everything is completely back to the way it should be.
Thank you,
Casey
Hi Casey,
I'm really glad to hear that everything is going well with your profile! Keep up your amazing work!
I was checking your project stats and, as you mentioned, only 1 project appears. This happens because our stat system only takes into account the last 365 days of work, and since all other projects are older than that, this is why they don't count but do not worry! Your stats look good and this should not block you from getting project invites :)
Let me know if I can do anything else for you!
Kind regards,
Daniel
