My application was rejected and I was wondering if there was anything that could improve that audio quality.

Hi David,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
What a lovely smooth voice you have! :)
Regarding the audio quality, there are a few issues I found.
Firstly, you can hear a lot of room echo. The low frequencies sound like they are bouncing a lot from somewhere.
Do you have a window in your booth? Have your laptop/computer or other hard surfaces present in your recording area? This tends to be the common culprit for causing room echo in people's recordings.
It would also be useful to work through possible ways to add more acoustic treatment to your recording space too, as it sounds like you could be recording in a large room?
Here is a nifty article that can help: https://bit.ly/2MrNsSV
There are also breathing noises and mouth clicks present in your recording which is a little distracting to the ear.
For breathing noises, fading them or even editing out completely would fix this. As for mouth clicks, recording further away from your mic, and or, tilting your head on an axis, should help with reducing this.
It would be useful for you to look at our article about controlling mouth clicks here: https://bit.ly/2NjTyUK.
Feel free to experiment with those tips and upload a new sample so I can review it with you.
Kind regards,
Samantha
