Late Email Notifications - No Text Alerts
Wondering if anyone else has been running into this issue lately.
1. Text alerts for bookings and revision requests have been non-existent for several months.
2. Emails regrading bookings either showing up late or not at all, in relation to the initial booking. And from time to time, the origin email never arrives at all. This evening I received a "Our client is waiting for your work" email... which I believe the bots send if you haven't accepted a project within 6-hours of the booking. No text alerts aside, I checked my email and I was not able to locate an origin email for the booking. I double checked trash and spam folders and nothing there either. I have the VoiceBunny account set as a priority contact so it's unlikely that the emails are being blocked on my end.
My concerns here are that clients are waiting longer than usual to receive their files, and it can't be helping stats either.
Just wondering if anyone else has come up against this recently?

Apologies for the late reply. Our system had some issues regarding notifications during the week. However, it seems like they just deployed a fix for it, and things should be working as expected moving forward.
If you got any negative impact on your stats due to this issue, please let me know and I'll make sure to prevent that from happening.

I’ve sent them messages about this also. Only way to know if I received work is when I randomly check the site and boom, I have jobs waiting. We miss so many opportunities this way. Can you guys please get this fixed quickly? The Bunny is all about speed, but we can go fast if the bunny doesn’t tell us it’s time to move. Thank you!

Although our team deployed a fix earlier this week, please share with us any projects you've seen in your dashboard lately but didn't create an invitation email for you, so we can report it to our engineering team.

I didn’t get an email, I just opened the site on my phone and saw it sitting there waiting lonely and patiently for me lol

Por las invitaciones, no se que decirte, en este año 2021 sólo me han llegado 2 speedy, y ya vamos por marzo, también uno q otro concurso, ahora no se si era que, me llegaban pero a falta del correo de notificación se me pasaban, ojo, yo se que lo que mas usan los clientes en esta plataforma son "Booking" pero desde mi experiencia, hasta diciembre 2020, te puedo decir que, recibía speedy casi todos los días,
De pronto era la notificación por correo, o de pronto hay menos trabajo en la plataforma, o también hay muchos mas locutores en mi categoría, no sé, pero se ha vuelto inusualmente lento, no se que me puedas aportar en ese sentido,

Little update, we've been having some issues with notifications, specifically SMS. Our engineers are working on a fix as we speak, however, it's been taking longer than we expected.
In the meantime, if you see that this is affecting your response time, don't hesitate to reach out so we can remove that from your profiles.
