Your samples are automatically added to the revision queue as soon as you upload them. They will be reviewed by the QC team and if there is any issue you should receive an email stating which samples had a problem and which type of problem.

The normal review process is shorter, we've had a big influx of projects lately so this might be causing the delay. In any case, if you could please share the sample numbers with me, I can check with our QC team to see if they can expedite the review of those samples for you.

Normally this doesn't take as long as it has taken, however, we've had a few technical challenges and hence the delay.
