Getting Help
I'm very frustrated with the response to questions that DON'T involve a project. If I flag a project, it gets solved in minutes. I sent two other help emails.
(1) Had to do with a payment processing error
(2) Had to do with why all the jobs I had completed did not add up to the correct amount of money.
In both cases, there may be a glich of some sort. Either way - the response time speaks volume to what Voice Bunny thinks of talent.
Not much apparently.
Is there anyone awake in the support center?
Or will that person simply respond with.... "Did you try posting in the community?"
The answer to that is yes.... and I still haven't heard back.

1. Which payment method are you referring to? Has it been solved yet?
2. What lead you to the conclusion that the jobs are not adding up correctly?
