Confusion Over Speedies
Hello. I know that Speedies are sent whenever the client asks for them, and sometimes that can be at very late times depending on the time zone difference. I missed the notification unfortunately because I didn't hear the alert at 3 AM, but I saw the email this morning, and the time that the email was sent does not match with the time that the project timeline claims matching Bunny Pros were notified. You can see below that it says matching Bunny Pros were notified 10 hours ago from when I was viewing the website, while my email said I was only notified 5 hours prior. If 10 hours is correct then I would have been notified when I was still awake, around 10PM CST instead of 3AM. Is there a possible 5 hour delay on this notification system? Or was I perhaps notified secondary to another group of Bunny Pros? It seems like I could have had a chance to audition for this one but I wasn't notified in time. I know that I need to upload more samples to help my chances. I'm just trying to understand the mismatch of notification times and how the Speedy process actually works. Thank you for your time.

Hi Craig,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing this question with us.
When a project is submitted, our algorithm determines which Bunny Pros are the "best matches" for that particular project, taking stats and rates into consideration. It begins inviting the best matches first and works its way out until the project is accepted by enough Bunny Pros.
Let me know if this helps in understanding how the system invites Pros to these types of projects.
