1) Several times I have gotten projects with so many grammatical errors and I will notify you through the project where it says to notify you and no one will respond to me. I don't understand why the option is there to let you guys know when no one responds?
2) I sent two emails about this and no one has responded either: I always open my voice bunny emails on my phone and if I accept them I just email myself the link on my computer so I can work from there. I've been doing this since I started. Last week I noticed that my phone had two tabs open that said "time's up" but I DID actually complete the work WAY ahead of time on my computer. It made me really concerned that this has been affecting my stats as I always deliver my work really quickly and on time.
3) I have no problems receiving contests but speedies don't seem to work for me. Every time I click on one (and I literally just got it in my inbox) it's already gone. I barely ever get them. I have almost no way to fix my stats because I never get sent speedies and on a rare occasion that I do it basically shows that the speedy was completed HOURS ago by someone else. I don't understand why, if I am proving myself by completing jobs and contests extremely quickly and well, I should be never getting speedies because of the one or two times I didn't understand how the system worked when I first started and ended up with not great stats. You really shouldn't be penalizing brand new voice actors when they are just starting to understand your system. Now that I know your system and have worked with it successfully for several months, don't you think it's time to help stats along so I can actually get some work that isn't contests?
4) My rates are showing up in Canadian dollars. I have switched it everywhere to get US dollars as I was receiving before but nothing helps. Can something be done to have my currency in US dollars?

Thank you for reaching out here!
I will like to address your concerns in order.
1. Thank you for your feedback in this regard, I will share it with the Project management team since they should be aware of flags raised on any project so they can be completed successfully and on time.
2. Do you have any specific project in mind that had this issue and I can check for you? It can be that the interface clock on your phone displays that message but the system actually took your entry, so as long as there is no expiration associated to that project, your stats should not suffer from this :)
3. Again, if you have specific projects that I can check for you, I will be more than happy to see if we can ignore them from your stats since you were starting to get the hang of the system back then.
