Cannot Submit Proposal
I was attempting to submit a proposal for this writing project: 24B9FBF55175D77CFCFC
I spent the entire 50 minutes attempting to submit in different ways. I wrote more paragraphs, removed paragraphs, changed both the proposal section and the outline section in as many ways as I could to try to hit a word count that would allow me to submit the project, but nothing worked.
I had a similar issue around a year ago and was told that it is relating to word count, but no matter how I changed the word count it would not submit. Every time I hit the submit button it just reloads the submit page.
I attempted again to submit in different ways once time ran out, but continued having issues and decided to give up and reject the project to not have two expirations count against me today.
I also replied to the "Time's Up" email with this issue.
Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated since this is the first project that has come across my writing dashboard since fixing issues with my profile and I really would like to actually be able to work on things instead of just immediately tanking my stats.

First of all, I wanted to let you know that those expirations have been ignored from your stats and will not affect you in any way.
On the other hand, I wanted to ask, have you sent an email about this issue to our support email? If you have, there might already be a report about the issue, if not, I would like to create one myself. I ask just to confirm and not create a duplicate report.
