    Hi Ilaria,

Thank you for reaching out to us on here - You have a great voice! :)

I had a look at your situation, and I see on the project where you were accepted this was accepted automatically by our platform. In some cases, our system (randomly) automatically accepts some submissions bypassing our QC agents for review, before reaching the clients.
So, it's understandable that this may seem both confusing and frustrating.

Regarding your audio that was rejected. It sounds like you would benefit from treating your recording space with more acoustic treatment, as it sounds boxy and as if there are hard surfaces nearby that are reflecting frequencies. Mirrors, windows, computer screens are the main culprits for this.
The audio also sounds filtered like it's been processed too much, ridding it of some good frequencies and tones in your voice. But again, once you have added further acoustic treatment to your recording space, you shouldn't feel the need to use harsh plug-ins/EQing methods.

You may have already seen this, but you can find some useful tips on acoustic treatment from our community page: https://bit.ly/2MrNsSV.

A good budget-friendly way to help too can be viewed from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pABvTWSxOes

Here is a sample from a Pro which has good quality, if you could replicate the audio quality of this - it would be ideal: https://bunnystudio.com/voice/samples/184859/?ref=shared

You really do have a lovely voice, and I think with some alterations to your recording space, this should fix these issues and will be beneficial for all future works!

Hope you have a wonderful weekend, and feel free to drop a message on here should you need any further help or feedback.

    Kindest regards,
    Samantha

    Hi Samantha,
I'm sorry but I have to completely disagree with what you wrote to me, as the environment is the SAME always used until the day of your revisions, which was and to date has always been approved not only by the automatic system but by many others bunny manager whose names and surnames I can easily give you but which you can easily view in the 20 jobs I have done to date.
Resolution you have only ruined my stats, and I think you should be checking your listening and evaluation equipment, because I think you may have problems since on the same day and on other projects I have seen at least 6 excellent bunny pros have the job rejected, and I found other posts in the community where they complained about your work.
I can send you photos and datasheets of my entire studio without problems, screen of the various jobs you have blocked, but since I have been working with the platform for months I think I can afford to say that I have structured the optimal environment thanks to the many jobs rejected at the beginning of the path.
I am always ready to accept constructive criticism, and improve, something that you can easily view from how many times I have repeated the initial registration to the platform, but unfortunately in this specific case I am sorry but I do not agree and I am sorry for having lost good jobs and good statistics.

    Hello Ilaira,

Sorry for jumping in here, but I saw your comment on the other post so I took some time to find your original post and I found this one which might be the one that needs a review!

I checked the links you sent but here we have an issue since the accepted project was automatically accepted by the platform, this happens from time to time in order to speed up time-sensitive projects, but also means there is no QC agent that reviews it.

I do believe that you still have some room echo that needs to be addressed. Although I mentioned on the other post that it might be on the fine line where it is difficult to decide between an approval or rejection, I think in this case it is leaning too much towards rejections since the space you are recording in is quite audible. The ideal scenario is where your recording showcases only your voice, and no space can be heard, so maybe if you post some pictures here of your recording space we can give you some tips to improve it! Room echo and boxiness are the #1 rejection/revision reasons on the platform, but rest assured that after some changes I'm sure that your recording quality can improve significantly!

Also, remember that we are here to help you and all of our Pros improve their quality, we offer advice and experience, and lots of Pros have benefited from being open and allowing us to help them! Sam shared great advice that I also recommend reviewing.

    Kind regards,

    Daniel
