    Hello Kirah

Thank you so much for reaching out here!

I was checking your recording and I think that impression is caused by a couple of things:

    1. The recording has very strong plosives that create a bit of distortion, which also sounds as if you are recording too close to the mic.

    2. The recording has a very low volume, I recommend increasing the overall gain and speaking in a natural tone, also a bit further from the mic so you can avoid issue #1.

Please give those tips a try and share with me a new sample to keep helping you!

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

    Hi Kirah,

Thanks for sharing this new file!

On this one, the main issue is the room echo, it has lots of reverberation which will definitely cause rejections in our platform. The best approach at the moment is to acoustically treat your recording space so your recording is dry, and then you can give it a go again!

    Kind regards,

    Daniel
