Audition rejection

Would love feedback and suggestions! These were the feedbacks sent to me:

-There is audible room echo (reverberation) impacting your recording. Please ensure you record in an acoustically treated space. If you already have acoustic treatment, it may not be adequate.

-Loud background noise is impacting your recording and adversely affecting the quality of the deliverable.

-Your recording sounds undesirably over-processed, which is impacting the quality of the deliverable. It may be due to a noise reduction plugin, an EQ, or a noise gate, for example.

-There is sibilance affecting the quality of the deliverable. Loud esses sound harsh and unnatural and will distract the listener from your performance.

My room is acoustically treated, I didn't have any background noise or EQ. I know I sometimes have a silibant "S" but I thought I did fairly well in this one with it. *shrug*
