Have you tips to improve my quality?

I have recently different problems with my recording quality and I'm still trying to find my perfect setup. My latest submission got rejected because of:
- Boxiness
- unprofessional equipment
- white noise
I use a Rode NT1 USB Mini and Audacity. I uploaded the file that got rejected (Aud2) and also a new one(Tryvertising-Project), that I made afterwards where I tried to improve the quality and solve the problems. Can you please listen to both files and give me some feedback?

Hi Hiroshi,
thank you so much for your reply. I did't use the Rode Connect Software so far, because I didn't know that would make a difference. Today I made some test recordings with the Rode Software and activated and deactivated Noise gate.
Maybe this could end the unprofessional sound and also the boxiness. I can definitely hear a big difference between the recording with Audacity and the other ones with Rode Connect, but I find it hard to say if it is better with or without NoiseGate.

Here is a picture from my recording cabin. I use cushions and blankets to close it to the sides and behind me.

Are you absolutely sure, that the recording named Audacity_Test is the best one?
Because I thought that both recordings with Rode Connect are better.
When I record in Audacity I can't use any Noise Gate and I didn't make changes with the insulation around me, actually. So at the moment I don't know where the improvements from the old submission to the new "Audacity_ Test" could come from.
Regarding the mouth noise and breathing sounds, yes, I didn't edit the recording because I just wanted to check the sound quality itself.
And the noise in the beginning and end: yes, I will pay attention to that in a real submission.
