Year old sample is rejected??

I just recently received an email stating that one of my samples (sample 167651) was reviewed and rejected for being over-processed???

This sample has been featured for over a year and oddly enough is the ONE sample that is referred to for 90% of the bookings I receive!!

If 90% of my bookings are as a result of this sample and you want to remove it??? THIS does NOT seem like a good business practice and you can't blame me for being upset!

Please explain how and WHY this can happen. I call total BS on this one.
