My project was rejected
Hello all,
My project was rejected for the following reason "It sounds as if the audio was not recorded with professional equipment." I use the "Wave:1" from Elgato. Since I have 2 others but no more cable because the other two have a loose contact. Is the Wave:1 from Elgato not good enough for the projects?
If it is good enough and it may even have someone can recommend me settings.

Hi Ben,
Thank you very much for reaching out. After searching your mic, I found out it is a USB-powered Mic. Most of our Pros avoid using this type of mic as it has a high potential of having minor issues, as stated by our QC team.
May we suggest you try a different mic, with an XLR connection into an interface. It might cost a little bit more, but we've seen how the quality changes drastically.
