Sample that has been featured for over a year is now rejected??
I just recently received an email stating that one of my samples (sample 167651) was reviewed and rejected for being over-processed???
This sample has been featured for over a year and oddly enough is the ONE sample that is referred to for 90% of the bookings I receive!!
If 90% of my bookings are as a result of this sample and you want to remove it??? THIS does NOT seem like a good business practice and you can't blame me for being upset!
Please explain how and WHY this can happen. I call total BS on this one.

I just reviewed this situation, and firstly must apologise for what happened. Fully understand your frustrations with this!
There has been some internal reviewing happening lately, where managers are filtering through the platform ensuring audio quality is spot on. However, there was no context given to the ones reviewed, I believe.
I had a listen and if I were to be picky there is some slight over-processing heard, but it's really not that bad.
Plus I've been QCing your auditions/bookings recently and your quality has improved immensely! Always lovely to hear your voice in projects when they come through. :)
I took this case to the rest of the team and wanted to hear their thoughts too, and we all agreed that this shouldn't have been rejected and there must have been a mistake on someone's part.
You should see now the sample has been approved and is visible on your profile.
