multiples rejections from Samantha

Hi Robert, I can completely emphatise. Samatha rejects every single voice bunny job that I submit. She rejected my work a few weeks ago and said my accent wasn't good enough and a few days later I won a contest in that accent and got a 5 star review. It makes no sense. I've only had this problem since she started working for VB in December. I've never had any problems with any other VB mangers so I'm sure the others will help you out. Good luck with it

    hi all
i had the same issues with this manager, who also commented on my post saying that I have to take better care of the environment, when the environment is the SAME always used until the same day, which was me and has always been me today approved not only by the automatic system but by many other bunny managers of which I could name and surname.
Resolution has only ruined my stats, and I think she should be the one to check the equipment, because I think she has some problems, also the platform should check her managers, since in the same day and on other projects I have seen at least 6 bunny pros excellent having the job refused.

I'm sorry Ilaria, that's awful I completely understand. She single handedly destroyed my stats too. It's so unfair. I feel the exact same about the other Bunny Managers too. I've never had any problems with any of the others managers and all my problems with VB only started when she became a VB manager in December. I thought I was the only one who felt like this about her constant rejections.

Hello Rachel, Ilaria and Anne Marie!

First of all, thank you for using this space to voice your concerns! We are always looking to improve as a platform and your feedback is always welcomed.

Before I touch on the Quality issues mentioned, I would like to let you know that, since QC agents work in shifts, it is common to feel like your rejections/revisions come from the same person every time, but rest assured that we work as a team and we are constantly striving to align more and more so it feels like a seamless experience for our Pros!

I will now address your concerns in order:

    Rachel:

I just reviewed the project you sent and I do hear a bit of reverb, especially on the 0:05 mark, on that whole phrase. The problem here might be that this amount of reverb is on a fine line between being accepted or rejected, I think that if you work a little bit on getting rid of some reflective surfaces on your recording space your quality should go over that line and become ready to be approved constantly!
If you want, you can share some pictures of the space here, we have seen great improvements on some Pro's setups with small modifications like adding blankets on some places, even towels or maybe moving a screen or laptop further from the mic.

    Ilaria:

I haven't checked your post yet but it can be a similar case, could you share a sample so I can review it? But it could be that the amount of room echo or reflections is on that fine line where it can be approved or rejected, and it becomes a bit subjective, so it is better to work on some small modifications to make that space a bit drier. Still, I can give better advice after hearing a sample from you.

    Anne Marie:

Since the issue on your case is related to accents, it is a more difficult matter for me (I do not consider myself an expert at all on accents), so some samples that other Pros can help us review could be super useful! I don’t know if you’d rather share them here or in the original post you have for your case, let me know!

I hope this info is helpful for all of you, and please share with me any other questions that you might have.

    Kind regards,
    Daniel
