keep getting rejected as a applicant and get different reasons each time?

Hi VO folks and also QC team, would love some help to eventually get accepted to this site!

So I've been truing several times to get approved to be a pro VO talent here. I fully am a VO artist on other platforms but cannot seem to get passed by the team and I've been trying to figure out what else I can do.

I have the proper equipment but my last take they cited my reason for not being accepted as not being recorded on professional equipment. Each time im getting rejected its for only one reason, and since Im almost always getting different reasons each time. (Boxy Sound, should try to record in a small space, take was too edited, and now just not recorded on professional equipment) Im not sure what to think and how I'll get a take that will get through. Is it partly because Im just sending the files with the gain too loud that's causing distortion each time?
