    I listened to your audio and unfortunately, it has room echo. Upon watching the video, I noticed that you have acoustic foam on the walls and ceiling, but this foam is very thin and only effective for high frequencies, which is why mid and low frequencies are not being absorbed, resulting in the "room echo."

    I suggest that you consider using a different type of material that is more effective for mid frequencies, such as "rockwool" or a similar product that you can find in your country. Ideally, the acoustic panels should have a greater thickness (10cm-15cm) to increase their absorption capacity.     For now, you can try recording closer to the microphone (being careful with plosives).
