    We completely understand how communication is key in our platform, and it is essential that Pros receive the proper instructions.

    We've received similar feedback from other Pros, and we're currently researching some possibilities to make communication between clients and Pros better. However, we want to let you know that at the moment, we cannot provide direct chat between clients and Pros, due to our CX team being responsible for any necessary changes in scripts, instructions and rewards, and ensuring that everything works smoothly and that all project details are accurately reflected on our platform. This way, we can also guarantee that your rewards are adjusted and registered according to any changes in the project.

    Our services include overseeing projects for our clients, but we want to assure you that we are actively looking into how we can make communication better for all talents, including yourself. This requires some backend research from our team, and it should take some time before we share any news or possible updates with our talents!
